Product outsourcing
An outsourcing team for business software.
MAPP takes one engagement end to end: the operation, the interface, the build, and the handover on your domain. Live work includes commerce, flowers, fertilizer, construction, trekking, hotels, and a prize draw.
A fit when you need a team accountable for the product. Not a fit for hourly staffing.

Engagements
Six kinds of work. One way of handing them over.
Pick the work that is stuck. Before any code, both sides agree which screens ship, which wait, and who signs off.
Product websites
Brand sites, campaign landings, and a front for booking a trip or a room. Type, color, and spacing stay in one system, so the next page does not start from zero.
View the service →Applications
Booking apps, order lookup, and field tools for guides, front desk, or sales. We pick web or native based on the job, not the trend.
View the service →Operating systems
The part guests never see, and the part that decides the margin: departures, seats left, assignments, deposits, photos after the trip. This is where MAPP goes deepest.
View the service →Monthly product pod
When the backlog outlives a fixed contract. A pod usually includes coordination, design, frontend, and backend. You keep priority. We keep a two-week delivery rhythm.
View the service →AI inside the product
Put AI where people are already busy: trip questions, review summaries, lead sorting, schedule suggestions. We measure the job first, then attach a model.
View the service →Infrastructure and handover
Docker, nginx, certificates, a pipeline. A product is not done when it only runs on a laptop. We wire CI/CD and leave a release path for the next fix.
View the service →By industry
Solutions shaped around each industry’s actual work.
Live pages already cover a prize draw, Zalo commerce, flowers, fertilizer, infrastructure, trekking, and hotels. Other industries follow the same path: a page for the customer, a queue for the operator.
Travel and trekking
A site that sells routes, price, and difficulty. Orders land in an admin for seats, deposits, and guides.
View the service →Hotels and stays
A website where a guest chooses a room. Admin holds rooms, dining, and spa in one inventory, not a parallel spreadsheet.
View the service →Service businesses
When you sell a seat, a slot, or capacity. The website takes the request. The operating system keeps the order state.
View the service →Case study
Open the product. Don’t stop at the description.
The pictures below are captured from the live websites. Open a project for what was delivered and, for VMountains and Viễn Đông, the demo.

Industrial infrastructure
Song Ngọc
A capability site for factories, infrastructure, and ports.

Northwest trekking
VMountains
A platform to sell and run mountain trips.

District 1 hotel
Viễn Đông
A brand website and admin for a city hotel.
About MAPP
A small studio that takes work the size of one team.
One output
You don’t assemble a designer, a frontend, and someone to deploy. The pod connects those parts.
We speak operations
Seats, deposits, front-desk shifts, covers. The interface serves that work, not the other way around.
We leave a way to change it
The repo, the pipeline, and a person who knows why a design decision was made.
Four beats
From the first call to a running build.
- 01
Hear what is stuck
30–45 minutes. We ask where guests drop off and which spreadsheet staff are turning.
- 02
Agree a scope you can see
A short note: which screens exist, which wait, who approves, and when there is something to click.
- 03
Build in thin slices
Each slice completes a path: view a trip and send a request, or view a room and hold it. Not a dead mock.
- 04
Put it on a server and stay
CI/CD, the domain, and two weeks of real bugs. Then you keep the team or run it yourself.
Once the product has users
AI sits behind the desk, not on the banner.
We don’t sell a chatbot glued to the corner of a website. If we add AI, it has to do a job staff already do every day: answer a trip policy correctly, summarize a reservation note, or catch a lead missing details.
Answers from your own data
The source is your price list, cancellation rules, and real schedule. Answers are not allowed to invent policy.
Summaries for the person on duty
A long reservation becomes five lines: date, party size, allergies, and the callback.
A person still confirms
Holding a seat, refunding, and reassigning a guide never run on their own.

When an outsourcing engagement is actually finished
A domain going live is not the finish line. The work is done when scope, source, infrastructure accounts, and an operator who can click through it are all in place.

A promotion needs rules and a draw flow, not only a banner
TH true MILK is this kind of job: a customer has to understand how to join, enter a code or spin, and see what happens to the prize.

A site sells when seats, orders, and status exist behind it
VMountains, RichEver, GiftZone, and an industrial site like Song Ngọc share one question: what does the customer do after the first click.
